Instead of out-of-pocket payments and waiting for reimbursements, tuition and other expenses are paid directly to the school. Note: We adhere to 38 USC 3679(e) ensuring no penalties for delayed VA payments. For enrollment, Post 9/11 GI Bill students must submit a VA Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and Vocational Rehabilitation students, a VAF 28-1905 form.
