Cisco exams are well-known for being difficult to pass. We get that. This is why the CTT First Time Pass policy is so important to you! When we prepare you for any Cisco exam, we will prepare you so well that should you not pass the exam we will pay for you to take it again – until you pass. We will also continue to train you, until you pass. Since 1997 this has been our policy and there is no “fine print.

This is what you might want to know:

The Cisco CCNA® certification validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN.  This new curriculum includes basic mitigation of security threats, introduction to wireless networking concepts and terminology, and performance-based skills. This new curriculum also includes (but is not limited to) the use of these protocols:
IP, Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Serial Line Interface Protocol Frame Relay, Routing Information Protocol Version 2 (RIPv2), VLANs, Ethernet, security, cloud and access control lists (ACLs).
